Shipping & Returns
Your order will typically ship within 48 hours of the order being placed. If any part of your order is backordered, you will not be billed for those items until they are also shipped.
We ship via ground shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order subtotal and shipping zip code and will be shown on your checkout page. Orders being shipped to AK or HI, and any orders that include large amounts of drinkware or bags may have their shipping charges adjusted after being weighed.
If you ever need to receive an order by a certain date you must let us know by either stating the date in the notes section of the checkout page or calling us at 1.800.323.9388 (recommended). Once we receive the order we will let you know if there are any issues with the required date.
You may return any non-clearance items for an exchange or a refund within 14 days as long as the items are in resellable condition. If the items are washed, worn, or dirty, the return will be refused and sent back.
We recommend sending your items back via a method that includes a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments. Please include a copy of the original packing slip marking what items you are returning and if you want to return the items for a refund or as part of an exchange. If you wish to make an exchange, please also mark which items you want to exchange for. Please note there is a $5.00 shipping fee to ship the exchange order to you.
